Adam Goble (He/Him/They/Them) has been an entertainer performing for audiences across the country for twenty years. When not on stage, Adam is the General Manager at Downtown Olly’s as well as the Creative Director over special events and entertainment. Outside of typical management duties, Adam coordinates booking talent, organizes special events, creates internal and external marketing including graphic design, and community outreach. In their tenure, Downtown Olly’s added an outdoor venue in the spring of 2021, has been featured in numerous television news and special interest broadcasts and has won several awards including the Bar & Restaurant Expo’s LGBTQ Venue of the Year.

As both Adam, and their character Lola Palooza, they have always held a deep connection to their community. From 2015 until 2019, Adam served as the Entertainment Director of Indy Pride. They were responsible for booking talent, contract management, and developing logistics for all three stages at the festival. As Lola Palooza, Adam has played host to several events across the country for various venues. Lola has recently been featured on episodes of Life.Style.Live for her cooking demonstrations. She has been a featured speaker in various political events and rallies across the Midwest, and spoke at the keynote address of the 2017 World Pride Conference.

Adam’s ultimate life goal is to create spaces and moments that are special and memorable. If you see Adam or Lola at any events, please feel free to say hello. They are very excited to be joining the Bar and Restaurant Expo for their third year in a row, and to do their part to increase the inclusiveness of the Expo’s offerings to better support the LGBTQ+/SOGI communities.
