He is recognized in the U.S. and abroad as an expert in network, data center, and High Performance KVM & Visualization Business Continuity Solutions. As a Certified Network Professional and Certified Technical Trainer, Ed leads the Black Box “Black Ops” team, designing and implementing world-class control room and visualization solutions for customers across the Americas.

Ed enjoys living on his mini-ranch in Austin, Texas Hill Country with his wife, and has been an avid home brewer for over 30 years.
