Over the last 30 years, Isidore (Izzy) Kharasch has helped more than 700 restaurants, bars, and other businesses worldwide improve their operations and profits

He has served as restaurant advisor for operations ranging from pizzerias and biker bars…to casino chains and five-star hotels…to celebrity restaurants like Michael Jordan’s and Ditka’s.

If Izzy looks familiar to you, it may be because he has appeared multiple times on the reality TV series Bar Rescue, which features his friend and colleague Jon Taffer.

Izzy is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and holds a Masters degree in Hospitality and Hotel Management from Roosevelt University. He’s taught hospitality courses at colleges and culinary schools, including Kendall College, Roosevelt University and École Hôtelière in Switzerland.

A Chicago native, Izzy is a trained chef and proud U.S. Army veteran.
