Shannon Carter is a brewer of beers and a builder of brands. He has won numerous professional brewing awards and competitions. He was the President and Chief Creative Officer of Cartis Group, a full-service branding agency serving companies such as Whole Foods Market, USAA, The Fiesta Bowl and New York Life. Shannon was also Senior Vice President of Branding for RAPP Worldwide, a global direct marketing agency. His branding work has been recognized by industry publications such as HOW Magazine, PRINT, ADWEEK, Creative Arts and several others. Shannon holds a BS in Public Communications from the University of Texas at Austin.

Shannon enjoys a wonderful life in Trophy Club, Texas with his wife and two daughters. He is a competitive soccer player, good skier, and a terrible golfer. His hobbies include beer tasting, graphic design, fine art, architectural design, and playing guitar.
